Booking with Benmar Beaute means that you agree to the following: LASHES: When booking lash refills/ touch ups you’re scheduling within the appropriate time frame for a refill. Nothing past 3 WEEKS from your last appointment with Benmar. If you go past that it WILL be a new set price. And when coming to refill appointments you’re meeting the 40% - 50% remaining lashes for a refill nothing less. When getting a new set of lashes you have 48 hrs to contact Benmar Beaute with any comments, questions or concerns about your lashes (problem wise or having problems) for a complementary touch up. BROWS: Please book your microbladding touch up 4 - 7 weeks after your initial touch up. Anything after that will have a price increase. Please contact Benmar within 72 hrs for an comments, questions, concerns about your eyebrows (problem wise or having problems) for a complementary touch up. LIP FILLER: Lip filler touch ups can only 2-3 weeks AFTER initial touch up! Anything after or later than that is a new session of filler and a price of $200 not $150 Please contact Benmar within 72 hrs for an comments, questions, concerns about your lips (problem wise or having problems) for a complementary touch up. * All clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit and understand that under no circumstances will this be returned or place this card on file. * Booking means the client understands that they can only carry the deposit over once and must reschedule 5 business days or more before their service * Reschedules must be made within 2 weeks of current availability. If rescheduling is not possible within that time frame, the client must fully cancel the appointment and pay a new deposit to re-book. * Same-Day Cancellations or Arriving 20 minutes past your appointment time is considered a “no-show” and you will be charged the full amount of your service * More than 10 minutes late to your wax appointment will have to pay a new deposit and reschedule * All clients agree to communicate via text if they are running late and will still be required to pay for the service that was booked and will only given the remaining time of service. * Policies still apply to clients with gift certificates 3 Days or Less Re-scheduling Policy * 3 days prior or less you will be charged a 25% re-booking fee to reschedule * Day prior reschedules (day prior cancellations) you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit of 50% to reschedule * Same day cancellations will be required to pay 100% of the service Benmar Beaute has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
